During the weekend of January 17 & 18, 2026, Amsterdam will once again transform into one big sparkling and surprising hotel paradise during the Mastercard Hotelnacht. This wellness edition is entirely dedicated to The Art of Balance: finding the perfect mix between relaxation and exuberance, between zen moments and festive energy. A wellness weekend - but in true Amsterdam style.
During the Mastercard Hotelnacht, it’s all about balance. That’s why this year you can choose from a wide-ranging program filled with activities that stimulate body, mind, and party spirit. Start your day with a daytime bakery rave at Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel, experience the energising techno therapy by This Is Eden at nhow Amsterdam RAI, join a Technogym run club that starts and ends at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, unwind during a Qi Gong session at Apollo Hotel, take part in sound healing sessions at Hotel & Wellness Zuiver or Jakarta, follow a Floating Yoga Class by Smidtje Luxury Cruising, attend The Art of Sleep workshop by DOUXE Hotel Luxury, or enjoy a peaceful Detox Dinner.
Or join a workshop designed to help you step into the new year with renewed focus. Learn portrait drawing like Rembrandt at Tivoli Doelen, take part in a Paint, Sip & Sail workshop, or follow a Wellness Cocktail/Mocktail Workshop at INK Hotel.
From Zen to Mayhem
But those in the mood for a party are in luck too. As soon as the sun sets, the energy shifts and the hotels open their doors for a series of unique hotel parties. One of this year’s highlights is undoubtedly the rooftop party FROM ZEN TO MAYHEM in the spectacular Malabar at Hotel Jakarta. At Pulitzer’s Bar, you can dance to throwback hits on Saturday night during the Feel Good Party, and at Apollo Hotel Amsterdam and Renaissance Amsterdam, you can dance all your stress away. For those not ready to call it a night, there’s the mysterious, brand-new secret basement club at Hotel The Diamond, where both you and your phone are switched off.

Participants can choose between two options:
Hotel Package:
A luxurious overnight stay in one of the participating hotels + two all-access passes for the entire weekend program. Overnight stays are only available to Amsterdam residents.
Individual Tickets:
Perfect for those who don’t plan to stay overnight but still want to enjoy one or more activities or parties. Non-Amsterdam residents can also purchase a Hotelnacht Ticket. Tickets and packages are available via the official Hotelnacht festival app, where you can also find the up-to-date festival program.
